Abstract: The southeastern Tibetan Plateau, which includes the Tibetan Plateau, Yangtze Block, and Cathaysia Block, is geotectonically situated in the compound part of the Tethys-Himalayan tectonic domain and the Peninsular Pacific tectonic domain.
