Abstract:Patients with hypertension (HT) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) have a high risk of cardiovascular complications. Up to now, there is no optimal strategy for combined antihypertensive therapy. Still, the data of 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (BPM) are important while choosing treatment tactics.
