Abstract:Background: Anatomical variations and pathological processes in the nose and paranasal sinuses have been widely studied by experts. Many anatomical variations cause chronic sinusitis by causing obstruction of the osteomeatal complex (OMC) and influencing mucociliary transport patterns.
