Abstract:For linear periodic systems, the assignment of a set of characteristic multipliers is an important problem. Brunovsky pointed out that the necessary and sufficient condition for assigning the characteristic multipliers was the system to be completely controllable, and Kohno considered the same problem for discrete systems. But there were left some unresolved problems to implement the results. This paper discusses the necessary and sufficient condition of controllability for such systems that have analytic coef… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
