Chaos and Fractals in C–k Map

Abstract: The characteristic of the fixed points of the Carotid–Kundalini (C–K) map is investigated and the boundary equation of the first bifurcation of the C–K map in the parameter plane is given. Based on the studies of the phase graph, the power spectrum, the correlation dimension and the Lyapunov exponents, the paper reveals the general features of the C–K map transforming from regularity. Meanwhile, using the periodic scanning technology proposed by Welstead and Cromer, a series of Mandelbrot–Julia (M–J) sets of t… Show more

“…It has been shown that the sparsity of connections between different communities hinders the global synchronization of complex networks [4][5][6]. Factors that affect the synchronization of community networks have been intensively studied and strategies that can achieve global synchronization have been proposed [7][8][9][10]. Synchronization transition process of community networks have also been studied [11,12].…”

“…[62,63] Another way to generate THz radiation is to use semiconductor superlattice. [64] Malik et al have introduced a mechanism of efficient and highly focused THz radiation generation by photo-mixing top-hat-like lasers in a rippled density plasma in the presence of a transverse static magnetic field. [65] Singh et al have reported THz generation by mixing two cosh-Gaussian laser beams in a density rippled plasma.…”
