“…Although the impact of single evaluations of NT-proBNP on prognosis in patients with EF ≥40 has been well studied, the role of changes in NT-proBNP levels over time has been studied only in HFrEF 26 and in one single previous report in patients with HFpEF or HFmrEF. 27 The latter was a post hoc analysis of I-PRESERVE, enrolling 2612 patients with EF ≥45%, where a decrease and increase in NT-proBNP levels <1000 pg/mL from baseline to 6-month follow-up was associated with a 27% reduction and 2-fold increase in rates of cardiovascular death or HF hospitalization, respectively, whereas beyond a 1000 pg/mL rise or fall, there was only little change in risk.…”

“…Кроме того, результаты недавно выполненного мета-анализа [53] свидетельствовали о том, что сни-жение концентрации НУП у больных с СНнФВ сопро-вождается снижением потребности в госпитализациях по поводу утяжеления СН, т.е. важного показателя, от-ражающего тяжесть течения и выраженность прогрес-сирования СН.…”

“…A metaregressziós analízis szerint a BNP/ NT-proBNP szintek változása szignifi káns összefüggést mutatott a progrediáló szívelégtelenség miatti hospitalizációval. A natriureticuspeptid-szintek változásának tercilisei lineárisan korreláltak a szívelégtelenség miatti hospitalizáció rizikójával [37].…”
