Abstract:Introduction. To evaluate the changes of lens antidilatation, antiedema, and antienzymolysis ability after different concentrations of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide (EDC-NHS)-induced collagen cross-linking.
