Abstract:Morphological and proteic modifications in Nicotiana tabacum L. transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes were evaluated by the comparison of normal and transformant plants regenerated from hairy-roots formed by the strains A4 or IB-642 of A. rhizogenes.
