Abstract: ObjectiveMedial opening‐wedge high tibial osteotomy (MOWHTO) is a surgical procedure to treat medial compartment osteoarthritis in the knee with varus deformity. However, factors such as patellar height (PH) and the sagittal plane's posterior tibial slope angle (PTSA) are potentially overlooked.
