Abstract: Objectives: A direct evaluation of insulin sensitivity on pituitary response to gonadotropin relasing hormone (GnRH) has not been shown in congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH), despite a growing body of evidence in the association of testosterone concentrations with insulin sensitiviy.
