Changes in DNA Methylation Patterns in Subjects Exposed to Low-Dose Benzene

Abstract: Aberrant DNA methylation patterns, including global hypomethylation, gene-specific hypermethylation/hypomethylation, and loss of imprinting (LOI), are common in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and other cancer tissues.
