Changes in circulating microRNA and arterial stiffness following high‐intensity interval and moderate intensity continuous exercise

Abstract: High-intensity interval (HII) exercise elicits distinct vascular responses compared to a matched dose of moderate intensity continuous (MOD) exercise.
