‘Chameleonic' Serological Findings Leading to Life-Threatening Hemolytic Transfusion Reactions

Abstract: Background: The phenomena of co-incidence of transfusion-induced allo- and autoantibodies, blockage and/or loss of red blood cell (RBC) antigens are conspicuous and may result in confusion and misdiagnosis.
