Abstract: Hypophosphatemic osteomalacia is a rare condition caused by different causes, all resulting in disturbances of calcium-phosphate management. One of the most common causes among adults is tumor-induced osteomalacia, which is characterized by increased secretion of fibroblast growth factor-23.
