Thermal indices, such as predicted mean vote, outdoor standard temperature, physio- logically equivalent temperature, universal thermal climate index, are essential for eval- uation of thermal perception, climate sensitive building or urban design, and tourisms climate in decades. Behind these thermal indices are complicated numeric models. Therefore, RayMan has been developed as an application software for calculation of thermal indices based on Delphi program language on windows 7 operation system platform. Currently, RayMan is not able to be under maintenance and further devel- oped. Thus, the report depicts an innovative Python library - biometeo - including an innovative thermal index - modified physiologically equivalent temperature - as an in- herited program to calculate thermal indices and human biometeorological variables.
