Challenges Associated with Pancreas and Kidney Retransplantation—A Retrospective Analysis

Abstract: Simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation (SPK) is an accepted treatment for diabetic patients with renal failure, and is associated with increased survival and quality of life for recipients.
