Abstract: Case: A 59-year-old woman with a history of left knee pain exacerbated by lymphatic filariasis underwent successful total knee replacement (TKR) for advanced osteoarthritis. Postoperatively, diligent adherence to compression bandaging, physiotherapy, and lymphatic flow promotion resulted in no lymphedema progression.
