“…In this study, which aimed to determine the relationship between school principals' agile leadership and innovation management competencies, it was concluded that teachers' perceptions of school principals' agile leadership were moderate. Akkaya et al (2020) drew attention to the importance of agile leadership for organizations and emphasized that agile leaders should take effective adaptation actions in the face of a complex situation and technological change.
