Cervical tarlov cyst mimicking spinal hydatid disease: case report

Abstract: Background: Perineurial (Tarlov) cysts are usually incidental findings during magnetic resonance imaging of the lumbosacral spine. The Cervical localisation have been reported to be a rare occurance.
