Cervical Spine Metastasis as a Primary Manifestation of Occult Colorectal Carcinoma: Case Report

Abstract: Primary carcinoma of the gastrointestinal tract rarely presents with osseous metastases. The lumbar and thoracic spines are the most commonly reported sites of metastases. Cervical metastasis is rarely reported, but, when it occurs, is a late manifestation of the disease.
