Abstract:INTRODUCTION:
Cervical shortening in twins is associated with spontaneous preterm birth (sPTB), yet there is limited data on whether increased frequency of transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) surveillance in twins impacts timing of obstetric interventions or perinatal outcomes.
