Abstract

Objective To highlight a potential complication of hydro thermablation, an ablative procedure designed to be easy to learn and safe to perform. Design Case report. Setting A district general hospital. Conclusion Adequate training and strict attention to surgical technique is absolutely necessary to prevent further untoward incidents occurring during this otherwise simple and effective procedure.
