Cervejas: relação entre estilos; compostos fenólicos e capacidade antioxidante

Abstract: Na composição química da cerveja são encontrados compostos fenólicos que contribuem para suas características sensoriais e possuem capacidade antioxidante, auxiliando a manutenção da estabilidade oxidativa.
