Cerebral Vasospasm – A serious obstacle in a successful aneurysm surgery

Abstract: Background: Cerebral vasospasm that occurs after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) can be an important cause of mortality and morbidity for patients successfully operated for a cerebral aneurysm.
