Abstract:Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) may result in thrombotic central nervous system complications. We present a child with diarrhea‐associated HUS who developed new‐onset focal seizures secondary to cerebral sinovenous thrombosis (CSVT). Her CSVT was treated with low‐molecular‐weight heparin.
