Abstract:Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common motor disability in childhood. It is characterized by 'aberrant control of movement or posture appearing early in life (secondary to centralnervous system lesion damage or dysfunction). We report a case of 11 years old male child suffering from spastic cerebral palsy with failure to thrive with severe anaemia and profound mental retardation.
