Cerebral Hemodynamic Changes in Severe Head Injury Patients Undergoing Decompressive Craniectomy

Abstract: The DC results in a significant, immediate, and durable improvement of ICP associated with a normalization of cerebral blood flow velocities in most TBI patients with refractory intracranial hypertension.
