Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL)

Abstract: Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is an inherited cerebrovascular disease whose key features are recurrent transient ischemic attacks (TIA), strokes, migraine with aura, vascular dementia, and diffuse white matter abnormalities detectable through neuroimaging.
