CEO‐TMT faultline and corporate green innovation: The contextual role of Confucian culture

Abstract: Based on CEO‐TMT interface perspective, this study investigates the impact of CEO‐TMT faultline on corporate green innovation and the contextual role of Confucian culture. The empirical results show that CEO‐TMT knowledge‐based faultline is positively associated with corporate green innovation, resource‐based faultline is negatively correlated with green innovation, and the impact of identity‐based faultline is insignificant.
