Abstract:The BTRR (BLM/TOP3A/RMI1/RMI2) complex resolves various DNA replication and recombination intermediates to suppress genome instability. Alongside PICH, they target mitotic DNA intertwinements, known as ultrafine DNA bridges, facilitating chromosome segregation.
