Abstract:Dear Editor, Corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) is a revolutionary procedure to halt keratoconus (KCN) progression, but it is not complication-free. Infectious keratitis, persistent epithelial defects, corneal edema, or severe melt have been reported after CXL (1).
