Central composite design driven optimization of sustainable stability indicating HPLC method for the determination of Tigecycline and greenness assessment

Abstract: Background: Tigecycline (TGC) is a recently developed antibiotic to battle resistant bacteria. The procedures outlined in the literature for analyzing TGC involve chemical solvents that could be hazardous.
