Abstract: Background: Cemented or uncemented total hip arthroplasty (CTHA or UTHA) is being increasingly performed in patients with intertrochanteric femur fractures (IFFs) who failed to be treated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotations (PFNA) fixation.
