Cellular in vitro Assays in the Diagnosis of Hymenoptera Venom Allergy

Abstract: Background: The current diagnostic procedures of anaphylactic reactions to hymenoptera stings include intradermal tests, venom-specific IgE (sIgE) and possibly sting challenge tests.
