Cell size homeostasis under the circadian regulation of cell division in cyanobacteria

Abstract: Bacterial cells maintain their characteristic cell size over many generations. Several rod-shaped bacteria, such as Escherichia coli and the cyanobacteria Synechococcus elongatus, divide after adding a constant length to their length at birth.
