Abstract:Abstract. The 5G network has become one of the hottest research focuses. In this network, it is a consensus reached that the user terminals are high density and the cover of the base stations are multi-tier. The unbalance and variability of the spatial distribution and time of user services make the low utilization ratio of the network resources.
