CE-MRA in paediatric patients

Abstract: Contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CE-MRA) is an established diagnostic method for evaluating vascular disease in adults. However, the use of MRA techniques has spread more slowly in children owing to significant technical challenges in the paediatric population.
