In specific training practices, strengthening theoretical training can consolidate the educational philosophy of education and teaching management teams and continuously deepen their professionalism. At the same time, the emphasis on practical development can promote the physical and mental development of teachers to match the needs of teachers in the new era. As a result, measures on the construction of secondary school teachers' teams have been proposed from the outside, with fewer suggestions made from the teachers themselves.
