“…Time is slotted with unity dura tion so that the channel utilization is the same as the network throughput. By using separate sub-channels for reservation, we eliminate any additional overhead due to reservation slots in the transmission sub-channel, unlike various proposed protocols such as CRMA protocol, S++ protocol, and CBRMA++ protocol [1,2,14].
