Abstract: NEURO-ONCOLOGY • NOVEMBER 2017and post-treatment glioblastoma tumours were subjected to gene expression profiling (Fluidigm, TaqMan assays), MGMT promoter methylation analysis (pyrosequencing) and protein expression analysis of the DNA repair pathways, known to be involved in treatment resistance (immunohistochemistry).
