“…Buoyed by the success of ablation for ‘simple’ supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, ablation is increasingly used for AF 5 and is superior to pharmacological therapy for patients with early (paroxysmal) 6, 7 to advanced (persistent) AF 8 .
