“…In a review of 23 cases of asbestos exposure, a total of 31 rounded atelectasis were found [22]. Other factors and cause are as well associated with rounded atelectasis, such as hepatic hydrothorax, postinfection pleural inflammation, congestive heart failure and end-stage renal disease [23].
