CgA is unique in having peptide domains that antagonize several functions including inflammation (CST suppresses while PST promotes) 23,26 , obesity (CST inhibits while PST stimulates) 23,26 and sensitivity to insulin (CST increases while PST diminishes) 23,26,70,71 .
