Catechol-O-Methyltransferase Inhibitors in Parkinson’s Disease

Abstract: Inhibitors of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) are commonly used as an adjunct to levodopa in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) for the amelioration of wearing-off symptoms.
