Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome presenting with aortic barrage: case report and review of the literature

Abstract: Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) is a life-threatening condition characterized by multiple thromboembolic events occurring in a short period of time, frequently accompanied by significant systemic inflammation.
