Abstract:Different intermediates are key molecules to synthesize high-added value bioactive and pharmacology molecules such as propargylamines may be synthesizedin several ways using catalysts in homogeneous and heterogeneous conditions. This review presents the catalysts which are used in the A3, AHA, and KA2 coupling reactions to afford propargylamines. It also provides a classification of all the propargylamines known up to date in the literature and their reported synthesis conditions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
