Catalysts based on transition metals for applications in energy conversion

Abstract: Energy conversion processes such as the water splitting and CO2 hydrogenation reactions have emerged as attractive approaches to mitigate environmental concerns on CO2 emissions as well as to provide an alternative source of renewable fuels.
