Castleman's Disease - Unicentric Plasma Cell Variant - A Case Report with Review of Literature

Abstract: Castleman's disease (CD) is a rare disease with two identified forms. The localized form, often pauci symptomatic is characterized by enlargement of an isolated single lymphnode or lymphnode chain. Multicenteric form frequently presents with general signs. We report a patient who presented with cough and hemoptysis with imaging revealing right hilar lymphadenopathy.
