Abstract: Case #5 Presentation AbstractThe retrorectal (presacral) space is a not very common site for neoplastic tumors. Retrorectal cystic hamartomas (RCHs) or tailgut cysts (TGCs) are rare congenital lesions, typically presented as presacral masses.
