Case Series: Human Errors and Tubectomy Failure- Report of Five Cases

Abstract: Female sterilization is the most common permanent method of contraception in India. Most of those procedures are performed in various levels of public health facilities. Tubectomy failures due to spontaneous tubo-pertineal stula formation and recanalization is known in the literature. The human errors are also reported.
